Dental handpiece bearings, also called dental drill bearings, are precision miniature ball bearing and can withstand high speed rotation.
Our models can match with different worlds dental handpiece brand, like BIEN AIR, KAVO, MIDWEST, SIRONA, NSK, SIEMENS, STAR, W&H etc.
- basic model: SR144. S means stainless steel.
- inner ring and outer ring material: stainless steel 440(9Cr18)
- balls material: stainless steel and ceramic Si3N4(widely use)
- balls structure: radial balls(with letter “R”, Timken—DR)
angular contact balls(with letter “A”, Timken—DA) - cage material: TL-TORLON(polyamide-imide)
Ti(textile laminated fiber reinforced phenolic) - bearing speed: 400000rpm
- bearing tolerance: ABEC-7(P4)
- bearing structure: smooth, flanged, groove(stepped)
- ball numbers: standard is 7pcs balls, sometimes are 8pcs balls.
- K1: angular contact bearing with stepped inner ring;
K2: angular contact bearing counter bored outer ring
